Fully regulated by the Financial Services Authority and the Florida Department of Financial Services they apply compliance procedures to all mortgage applications in several overseas countries, including a full fact find and comprehensive advice based around a thorough minimum advice checklist. Overseas mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

All of the staff at International Mortgages 4 You undergo comprehensive training and have to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of complex overseas issues before giving any advice to clients. We also employ multilingual staff and have a good local knowledge of all the countries in which they operate.
